Becoming Mindful is an 8-week course that will help you integrate mindfulness techniques into your daily life so that you can decrease stress and increase focus and happiness.
Mindfulness — the ability to be fully present in the moment — has many benefits, from decreased stress to increased levels of focus and happiness.
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.
Mindfulness also involves acceptance. This means that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment.
This course enables you to experience an in depth understanding of the nature of mindfulness and helps you to integrate mindfulness techniques into your daily life.
