Meet Your Life Coach
Sheila Gravely is a Psychologist, Certified Natural Health Professional (traditional naturopath), a Certified Yoga Health Coach, Certified Biblical Counselor and Certified Life Coach with over 40 years of experience.
My greatest joy is to help people transform into who they were meant to be - to live their best selves. That's why I do what I do. I help others to optimize the physical and emotional experiences. I help people to heal. I help people to thrive!
As the product of a dysfunctional home, I was aware that people were unhappy and struggling emotionally.
I wanted to help people feel better about themselves and to heal their emotions so I became a psychologist – a counselor who would be able to help people to understand their thoughts, how these thoughts led to their feelings, how feelings led to their actions, and how their actions ultimately led to how their lives were turning out.
I help people optimize their physical and emotional experiences by coaching them to prioritize and manage their thoughts, feelings, and actions – thereby achieving the results they desire in their lives – body, mind, and spirit.
