All About Sugar

Is sugar a friend or foe? Necessary for energy or harbinger of disease? Why is there so much confusion about this one substance in our diet? 

My goal in this series of articles about sugar, carbohydrates, and wellness is to clarify some of the confusion you may have encountered in your quest to educate yourself about how to live your most healthy and vibrant life. I'll cut to the chase quickly - added sugar in our diet is slowly eroding our health, leading to chronic illness and unhealthy aging. One of the best things you can do to make a transformative improvement in your health is to cut back on foods with added sugar.
